I am a full stack developer with a passion for building fully functional and usable sites. I also have the capability to use existing systems and/or frameworks to create a new product. I strongly believe in integrating already existing frameworks is the way to go! some may disagree. 

I have an adequate understanding of programming techniques and problem solving skills. 

Because of my passion I have gained interest in a few frameworks which include .NET, Angular, Laravel, Vue, React, Next, Nuxt and many more.


I may consider blogging my solutions to difficult problems I've solved when working on projects soon.

About Me

(G)It is actually a free and open source version control system that is designed for for tracking changes in any set of files. It is usually used for coordinating work among programmers collaboratively developing source code during software development.

The Git feature that really makes it stand apart from nearly every other SCM out there is its branching model.One of the major features is branching and merging. Now git can be used locally on your PC or cloud based, which brings us to GitHub

GitHub is just a provider of internet hosting for software development and version control using Git. It has many other functionalities like issue tracking, pull requests, continuous integration, documentation and so on. Some of its alternatives are BitBucket, GitLab, SourceForge.

TLDR: Git is for tracking file changes, GitHub is a cloud storage service that uses git for version controlIf you didn’t know the difference before, now you do 😃.

Well those issues compile and become what is called in software engineering as technical debt

In the short term, they are advantageous, but in the long term, they could be disastrous. (Very)

What is technical debt?

Oh Uncle Bob is right again! 💯

I recently had to go back to code that I wrote about two years ago, and I’m finding it really difficult to make changes to the code 😢. Obviously then, the idea of writing tests was non existent.
Now I know personally that tests are very important
(Except you don’t plan on making any change at all to the code).

If you’ve never written a test for your code before, please go learn how to, you’d thank yourself two years from now 😂.

That’s not my definition, but an Excerpt from
“Refactoring: Improving the Design of Existing Code -
Martin Fowler” ( Great book 💯)

For instance, refactoring is not done to introduce a new feature or to fix a bug, but the aim is to improve the structure of the code and not change its behaviour. With that in mind, refactoring has become much easier.

Software Engineering is truly a never ending learning process. 😃😃

This project is built using a JAM Stack template provided by Commerce JS. This site is built using Next JS and uses the Chec headless e-commerce framework to facilitate it's cart, products, inventory management, checkout and payment options. Also, the payment can be processed using Stripe or Paystack. the site also has SSG capabilities to help with SEO.

This project was built with Laravel on the backend and Vue on the frontend. The site was styled using Tailwind CSS and uses the Inertia framework to ensure smooth transitions between pages on the site. The project implements complex business logic as it concerns the specifics of the business. The project was built using feature driven methodology.

this will help managers manage shifts online

Shift Manager

This app will be used to give a simple listing of contacts who exchange foreign currencies for Nigerian students in diaspora in North Cyprus 

The app will allow filtering of exchangers by cities in North Cyprus. 

It will also allow people who want to register as exchangers easily by using their email addresses. 

In future versions, a verification process will be carried out using passbase to verify the exchangers and perform a KYC on the users. 

Users will not need to register to use the app to see listings of exchangers.

This project is built using Ionic 5 and Vue and also uses Firebase for managing it's database and authentication. It is a light weight app and is built to work on multiple platforms by using capacitor framework.
